INSTALLATION: After you sign up, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link for residential service customers to schedule installation. You MUST schedule installation for your service to be connected. If you do not see this email in your inbox within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam or trash folder.

All installations are currently ‘contactless’ when possible. Your service will be activated remotely and any equipment required to provide the service will be left at your door. Tech Support will advise you on the specifics of your installation prior to the activation date. Pre-installation customer information:

  • One (1) network connection per unit will be activated so that customer-owned hard wired devices can connect to our network.

  • Customer must provide their own Wi-Fi router if a wireless network is desired.

  • Please review our Customer Owned Equipment page to determine what equipment you might need.

  • Our technician may need access to the apartment to complete the install. A resident over the age of 18 must be present for a technician to enter the apartment. Please read our COVID-19 Precautions page in regards to in-person installations.

NOTE: A subscription purchase is an express purchase that occurs in a single transaction. Customer-Owned equipment (cables, Wi-Fi router) can be purchased here in a separate transaction.

*1000 Mbps is the maximum theoretical speed for the internet connection. Theoretical speed is confined to theory or speculation, in contrast to practical applications. In other words, only in perfect testing lab conditions would you actually see a speed test resulting in 1000 Mbps. See FAQs for more information.
